Emily Henderson Bio

Emily Henderson is an experienced solicitor and compliance officer. Emily specialises in private-side legal and compliance advice on corporate finance transactions, including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, corporate governance, and financial regulation more generally. Prior to joining Continuum as a Board member, General Counsel and Head of Compliance, Emily was Stifel Institutional’s Senior European Counsel. She qualified as a corporate solicitor at Slaughter and May before moving into Compliance in Barclays’ Investment Banking division, followed by becoming Head of Rothschild & Co’s Group Central Compliance and UK Corporate Finance Compliance functions. She graduated with a BA in Oriental Studies (Japanese) from Oxford University.
