Bio

Patrick is an experienced corporate finance adviser specialising in the wealth and asset management sector. He has over 15 years’ experience advising corporates, privately held companies and private equity transacting in the segment. Prior to joining Continuum in 2024, Patrick led the wealth and asset management team for Deloitte’s corporate finance advisory business, having previously been an Investment Banking Director in Canaccord Genuity Hawkpoint’s Financial Institutions Group. To date he has advised on over 50 M&A projects and across the asset and wealth management value chain, including network, financial advice, private client wealth management, discretionary fund management, investment platform, pensions, traditional and alternative asset management and asset servicing businesses. Patrick has a degree in History and Politics from York University and is a Chartered Accountant.
