Bio

Doug is a 32-year veteran of the Technology industry and joins Consilium after a long and successful career with IBM. Most recently, Doug was a senior executive with significant operational experience leading business units within IBM Global Services and IBM’s Enterprise Content Management (including FileNet) software businesses. Doug also launched an Educational Technology business based on IBM Watson AI technology. Doug has significant M&A experience in leading the acquisition and integration of several Services and Software businesses, including deep domain expertise in the Technology Services, Education, Healthcare and Financial Technology sectors. Doug’s focus will be on advising business owners that are considering exit options to gain liquidity, and providing operational and strategic recommendations to help companies maximize enterprise value in advance of a transaction. Doug holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Manhattan College and is a Director at the Western Golf Association/Evans Scholarship Foundation.
