Andy joined Consilium Partners in 2021 and has over 25 years experience as a leading advisor and analyst in private company mergers & acquisitions transactions. Andy has advised dozens of owner-managed private companies spanning a range of industry sectors including industrial & consumer, business services and health care services. Andy is also CEO of GF Data®, a leading publisher of confidential data on private equity-backed transactions in the $10-250 million value range. Andy previously served as a Managing Director with TM Capital Corp., and previously headed M&A practices at Brown Brothers Harriman, Commerce Capital Markets and Fairmount Partners. Prior to his transition into investment banking, Andy was the youngest Secretary of Commerce in the history of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a position he held from 1991 to 1994. Andy began his career as a corporate lawyer with Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia. Andy holds an A.B. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard University, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 licenses.
