While at Bank of America, he specialized in advising public and private company M&A transactions, IPOs, debt and private placement equity capital raise transactions, capital structure and capital deployment advisory and various other corporate finance advice for key companies in the consumer & retail sectors. Prior to Bank of America, Sae was an investment banker at Guggenheim’s Consumer and Retail Group. Sae began his career as a management consultant at Accenture. Sae received an M.B.A. from NYU Stern Business School and a B.A. from Cornell University.
