Lex was the GM of Sam’s Club’s advertising and data business (MAP). Previously, she was one of the founding leaders for Walmart’s advertising business (Walmart Connect) where she was the Chief Revenue Officer. Lex’s responsibilities have included owning P&L’s, building retail media businesses and brands for mass and membership ecosystems, and leading large organizations across: Sales, Operations, Marketing, Data, Insights/Measurement, Strategy, Finance, HR and Product. Lex has led companies at scale (Walmart, Sam’s Club, Comcast/NBCU), at joint-ventures (Hulu, VEVO) and at start-up’s (Pinterest). She is a subject matter expert in retail media, data monetization, membership/subscription models, advertising, e-commerce, revenue-driving organizations, and transformation/acceleration strategies.
