He has deep functional expertise in go-to-market strategies, scaling business units, digitally transforming organizations and delivering on value creation. Prior to joining Consello, Jason was Senior Vice President of Digital at Michaels. Before that, he held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Strategy at Equinox; Director of Strategy & Chief of Staff at Walmart eCommerce; and he was also an early employee and P&L owner at Jet.com. Prior to Jason’s operating experience, he was a management consultant for nearly five years at several firms, most notably Kurt Salmon Associates and KPMG. Jason received his B.B.A. from Emory University.
