Jereme has over five years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development and Corporate Finance. As an integral part of the Confluence team, Jereme is responsible for transaction execution, financial modeling and due diligence. Prior to joining the firm, Jereme worked as the Director of Business Development for Prima Health Care and as an Analyst at EdgePoint Capital. He started his career as an Analyst at Key Bank. These roles have contributed to his extensive experience in leading business operations and transaction advisory. Jereme is a licensed attorney in Ohio and a General Securities Representative licensed (79 and 63) by FINRA.
