Dave Eichenlaub Bio

Dave is a founding member of Confluence Advisors, LLC. He has over 35 years diverse experience in investment banking, corporate banking and public accounting. He has spent his entire career serving middle market companies as they seek to grow and maximize business value. Dave originates and leads sell-side and capital raise transactions for Confluence. He has completed numerous complex transactions and has arranged intricate deal structures, including cross-border transactions, management buyouts, subordinated debt placements and the sale of companies owned by an ESOP. His background, experience and temperament have helped him to advise business owners as they navigate the most important financial transaction of their lifetime. Dave has also served in senior level roles with commercial and investment banking firms where he gained significant experience in serving middle market businesses. He began his career with a big four accounting firm. Dave earned his BSBA degree in Accounting from John Carroll University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University Graduate School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Pennsylvania and a General Securities Representative licensed (7 and 63) by FINRA.
