Christian has spent 17 years representing businesses seeking to sell, raise capital or make acquisitions. His experience includes advising private business, private equity held business and publicly traded companies. He participates and leads a variety of transactions including cross-Atlantic transactions, acquisitions, sales, staged sales, shareholder transactions, management buyouts and mezzanine debt and equity placements. Christian’s industry expertise includes manufacturing, business service, technology enabled business service, distribution, transportation, metals, energy and packaging. Christian began his career in the securities industry as a Registered Representative where he was primarily responsible for developing new business. He is a General Securities Representative licensed (7 and 63) by FINRA. Christian is a Registered Representative of and Securities Products are offered through BA Securities, LLC Member FINRA, SIPC. He has a BS from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with honors in both cases.
