Taylor started his investment banking career with CCG in 2001, helping establish the firm’s infrastructure industry focus and executing numerous buyside, sellside and corporate divestiture transactions. Taylor has advised companies ranging from small businesses with under $10 million of revenues to middle market leaders and transaction size ranging from under $10 million to over $1 billion. Within the infrastructure sector, Taylor has advised on transactions involving many industry leaders including SBA Communications, Dycom Industries, Quanta Services, Parsons Corporation, Asplundh and many of the sectors’ leading private equity investment firms. He was instrumental in the co-founding and sale of United States Infrastructure Corporation and is an active board observer and principal in the firm’s private equity investments. Taylor has a degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara where for the past 20 years he has partnered with UCSB to lead CCG’s student internship and mentorship program focused on preparing, training and successfully placing students for careers in corporate finance, investment banking and private equity.
