Sri Malladi is an advisor to companies and investors in the areas of M&A, corporate strategy and strategic finance. Originally from India, Mr. Malladi moved to the U.S. to earn his Master's in Computer Engineering, kickstarting his career at Microsoft. Over five years, he led a global team in software development across the U.S., India, and China, gaining valuable insights into leading technology teams and gaining a deep understanding of software business models. Transitioning into the strategic side of corporate growth, Mr. Malladi pursued an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He then moved into investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and later Macquarie Capital, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and deal structuring. Mr. Malladi's corporate journey included a role at Hertz Corporation, where he contributed to the company's expansion through acquisitions and divestitures. Later, at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, he played a pivotal role in spearheading an enterprise digital transformation, leveraging his strategic and technological expertise. Today, Mr. Malladi advises businesses to scale and grow using M&A, and helps companies to maximize their exit value. Mr. Malladi has led 40+ deals totaling over $8.0 billion in value across industries including Technology, Health & Wellness, Consumer, Industrials, Services, and Media.
