Alex Rowe joined Colonnade Advisors as a Vice President in 2021. Alex began his career at Morgan Stanley focusing on a comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets, and advisory solutions for institutional and ultra-high net worth investors. In 2013, Alex co-founded a University based Venture Capital firm at his alma mater, Millikin University, where he led investment diligence and capital sourcing initiatives. As an investment banker, focusing on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, valuations, intellectual property sales, business advisory and consulting, he has worked to support transaction execution alongside leading companies in multiple industries, including Business Services, Diversified Industrials, Life Sciences, and Technology. During his Investment Banking career, working with Chicago firms Sikich Investment Banking, Billow Butler& Co. and InterOcean Advisors as a Vice President, Alex has led execution initiatives on over 50 transactions with over $1 billion in collective enterprise value. Alex received his BS in Finance and Business Communications from Millikin University. Alex holds the Series 7, 63, 65, and 79 securities licenses.
