Robert Richardt, CPA, is a tax partner in the firm’s Financial Sponsors & Financial Services Industry Practice. Based in New York, Rob specializes in the investment management industry where he serves both offshore and domestic investment entities. He provides services to alternative investment funds, such as private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund-of-funds, hedge funds, and family offices. In addition to tax compliance services, Rob advises clients on the structure of portfolio transactions, international tax planning, and the internal structure of both fund and management entities to maximize tax efficiency.
