Henry Martin provides audit and advisory services for privately held businesses, SEC registrants, private equity portfolio companies, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. In addition to performing compliance services, he also provides transaction advisory services including due diligence for merger and acquisition transactions and agreed upon procedures. Henry has extensive experience in the planning, implementation, and review of Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance and the Florida Single Audit Act, and Employee Benefit Plan audits. His broad industry experience includes biotechnology, cannabis, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit, and real estate. Henry attends AICPA Not-for-Profit and Employee Benefit Plan conferences annually, enabling him to stay up to date on key issues and legislation pertaining to not-for-profits, Florida Single Audit Act, Uniform Guidance, and employee benefit plans.
