20+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and debt financing. Executed 50+ transactions for middle market clients in Latin America and the U.S. with aggregate transaction value in excess of $4.0 billion. Transaction experience includes buy-side, sell-side and financing assignments in the U.S. and Latin America within numerous sectors including, technology, telecom, business services, consumer, industrials and healthcare. Leads Cobaltum’s private equity coverage efforts, cultivating and maintain the firm’s well-established relationships with leading funds actively investing in the region. Prior to funding Cobaltum, Moises was senior Technology investment banker, originating and executing transactions in the space both in the U.S. and LATAM. Member of the IB team at Santander Andean Region, focused on M&A and corporate finance transactions. Moises began his career as a Credit Analyst in Grupo Santander’s corporate financing group.
