Jonathan Anzaldo has over 20 years of experience in investment banking. Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Anzaldo was a Director in investment banking at Credit Suisse, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. At Credit Suisse, Mr. Anzaldo executed a broad spectrum of M&A including corporate mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and hostile/defense assignments. His industry experience includes general industrials, healthcare, chemicals and real estate with significant experience in cross border transactions. Mr. Anzaldo holds a dual BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
