Cliff Adams has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and industry. Prior to joining CDP, Mr. Adams was a Vice President in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Industrial and Services Groups. At CSFB, Mr. Adams executed transactions for a variety of energy technology, energy, and industrial clients. Previously, Mr. Adams worked for Ford Motor Company in engineering and business planning, including five years working in Japan. Mr. Adams holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
