Matt joined Clearsight in 2023 and has advised on over 25 transactions in government services and defense technology. Matt focuses on firms serving the government and DoD with next-generation capabilities, such as: intel, digital transformation, data analytics, AI, cyber, C5ISR, engineering services, software development, secure communications, and defense electronics. Prior to Clearsight, Matt most recently led Truist’s Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services Investment Banking effort.
