Justin joined Clearsight in 2014 and has advised on dozens of M&A transactions in the professional and IT services and tech-enabled / software industries. Justin currently leads Clearsight’s Financial Sponsor Coverage Group where he works with private equity firms, venture capital firms, and family offices investing in the Knowledge Economy. Before Clearsight, Justin was an investment banker with Harris Williams & Co. working at their HQ in Richmond, VA.
