Alex has over 10 years of M&A and strategic advisory experience. Prior to joining Clearsight in 2015, Alex was an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking group at Wells Fargo Securities where he advised on over $3.5 billion in M&A transaction volume for public and private companies across various industries. Alex started his career as a consultant for Charles River Associates (CRA), a global leader in economics consulting. As a member of CRA’s Energy practice, Alex managed consulting assignments involving the application of big data economic and proprietary analytical techniques for complex problems in market analysis and strategy. Alex earned his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business where he studied as a Sydney F. Small Memorial Fellow. He graduated from Haverford College with a B.S. in chemistry and has also studied at the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
