Missy lives and works in the Dallas / Fort Worth Area for ClearRidge clients. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and CPA with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer for portfolio companies with up to $600 million in annual revenue. In addition to her CFO roles, she has led due diligence on acquisitions, post-closing integration and purchase price allocation, and the identification and implementation of financial and operational efficiencies. Prior to her work as a CFO, Missy was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. As a member of the national healthcare leadership team, she focused on valuations, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting/compliance, purchase price allocations, and goodwill impairment testing. Missy is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Master’s in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Missy has extensive experience in banking and capital relationship management, financial reporting, M&A due diligence assignments, leading finance initiatives, implementing new financial systems, software and financial controls.
