Yasuyuki Kita Bio

Yasuyuki is a managing director at Yamada Consulting Group in Tokyo. He joined Yamada Consulting Group in 2007. In 2011, he established the Singapore Branch and was appointed its managing director. Yasuyuki has been engaged in numerous advisory projects for Japanese companies operating in the ASEAN region; during his tenure he was also appointed as a director of Yamada’s subsidiary Spire Research & Consulting. After his return to Japan in 2019, he joined the crossborder M&A team where he has led and advised a number of international M&A transactions and is involved in several ongoing projects.
