Tadeusz Madej Bio

Tadeusz has 30 years of experience in M&A and strategic consulting. He has advised on over 60 completed transactions, including several IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Tadeusz heads the „Industrial Sector” of Clairfield Poland. He has advised clients such as Lockheed Martin, Saab, Timken, SKF, Texaco, Amoco, BP, PKN Orlen, KGHM, Tauron, Cisco, PERN, PGNiG, PressGlass, ORBIS SA, Medivet, IOW Group, ARS Medical, Budimex, Moto Profil, Inter Team, AD Poland. Tadeusz holds a degree in Process Engineering from the Częstochowa University of Technology in Poland. He has also completed post-graduate studies in Organisation and Management.
