Stefano Ermacora Bio

Stefano began his career in 1991 with Allianz AG as a financial controller. Following this, he worked for a Munich-based strategic management consultancy which specialized in renewable energies. He was a manager with West Merchant Bank (West LB Group). From 1997 to 2005, Stefano was director of Abel & Cie Merchant Banking Services, an M&A advisory boutique specializing in midcap crossborder transactions. He has been with Clairfield France since 2005. Between 2009 and 2014 he was also acting as a managing director for Ratioparts (D), Europe’s leading wholesale company for garden & forestry spare parts and accessories. He has also been managing Planet Fitness Italia. Stefano has expertise in renewable energy, transport & logistics, trade, and hospitality & leisure. Stefano holds a masters in international management (EMIM). He is fluent in French, German, English, and Italian.
