Peter Chudy Bio

Peter has more than 30 years of mergers and acquisition experience, and is responsible for M&A in the healthcare, industrial, business services, and consumer & retail sectors. Peter has been involved in more than 50 transactions involving clients such as Pepsi, Heinz, Bristol-Myers Squibb, ICI, and Eli Lilly. Prior to 1990, Peter was with the Chemical Bank of New York, now part of JP Morgan Chase & Co. Peter holds an masters from the University of Denver and an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
