Peter Chudy is a partner at Clairfield Poland where he is responsible for M&A activities in the healthcare, industrials, business services, and consumer & retail sectors. With more than 30 years of merger and acquisition experience, he has been involved in more than 50 transactions including clients such as Pepsi, Heinz, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Eli Lilly. Prior to 1990, Peter was with the Chemical Bank of New York, now part of Chase Manhattan Bank. He graduated from the University of Denver (BA, MA) and the American Graduate School of International Management (MBA).
