Bio

Olly Laughton-Scott founded IMAS (Clairfield UK’s FIG practice) in 1992 and was responsible for the development of IMAS’s central knowledge-base system (IMAS-insight). Prior to setting up IMAS he worked for Cazenove, where he worked on rights issues and public company takeovers, and at Kleinwort Benson, where he was involved in a number of financial services transactions. Olly qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and has a degree in economics from Exeter University.
