Marie Dokchine Bio

Marie has 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance, advising sell-side, buy-side, and LBO transactions, including debt structuring. She has experience in midmarket transactions across a broad range of industries such as healthcare, TMT, business services, and others, with a strong crossborder focus. Marie also supervises coordination between Clairfield France and Clairfield International offices worldwide. Marie joined Clairfield France in 2007. She has been an equity partner and member of the executive committee since 2020. She graduated from Sup de Co Montpellier and ESLSCA Paris with a masters in corporate finance.
