Luiz Penno Bio

Luiz Penno has more than 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance across a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, retail, technology, real estate, agribusiness, and oil & gas. Before founding the company, Luiz was a co-founder of Advisia Investimentos and an engagement manager of the corporate finance practice at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on deals in Europe, United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He also worked in the M&A department of Banco Fator and as a consultant at Value Partners. Luiz holds a degree in business administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and a master’s in finance and economics with distinction from the London School of Economics.
