Klaus Frandsen Bio

Klaus Frandsen has 20 years of investment banking and business development experience and has led numerous M&A transactions. In addition to his general M&A experience, Klaus has held several corporate development and M&A leadership roles in the financial services industry and related IT & transactional businesses in companies such as Nets, IBM, Danske Bank, and Truecommerce. Klaus was chair and member of the Public Accounts Committee in the Danish Parliament from 2011 to 2023. He holds a bachelors degree in business economics from Odense University, Odense.
