Ken has over 25 years’ experience in midmarket mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on transactions in the energy, food, technology, transportation, construction, financial, tool and die, and automotive manufacturing sectors. Before investment banking, Ken was a vice president at Barclays Bank, where he was responsible for a number of leveraged acquisitions and restructurings. Ken is a director of several private companies and is chairman of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp, a prominent TSX-listed Canadian power company. Ken holds both chartered financial analyst and chartered director designations.
