Joseph is the managing director of Clairfield International’s Tel Aviv office, bringing 25 years of expertise as a TMT banker. Throughout his career, Joseph executed crossborder M&A transactions, driving value for clients across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. His expertise is advising companies through successful IPOs on the NASDAQ and London’s AIM. Joseph’s experience includes facilitating foreign investments for M&A, private placements, and PIPES, where he has developed a strong network of relationships with private equity and venture funds. He previously served as a partner of Catalyst Investments, a venture fund managing a portfolio of tech investments to exit. Earlier in his career, Joseph served as the country manager for Sumitomo Corporation in Tel Aviv, negotiating crossborder joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He holds a degree in international relations from Boston University and an MBA from Pace University in New York.
