Jeff Singer Bio

Jeff is a seasoned financial professional and partner at Clairfield in Spain. With over two decades in the industry, he is an expert in M&A, transaction advisory, due diligence, private equity, venture capital, and business valuations. His extensive knowledge also includes valuing intangible assets and guiding businesses through the opportunities and challenges of doing business in Spain. After starting his career at PwC in London, he qualified as a chartered accountant and transitioned to the firm’s Transaction Services group in Spain. During his career, he has built an impressive global network of contacts and clients, which helps when assisting Spanish companies with their international acquisitions and operations. Jeff is chair of the Professional Accountants in Spain Group (PAS) and the representative of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in Spain. Jeff holds an M.A. (Hons) degree from the University of Cambridge and an advanced diploma in corporate finance from ICAEW.
