James Grenfell is a founding partner of Clairfield UK. He co-founded the firm following an MBO of Kroll Corporate Finance, which he joined in 2003. James was previously a partner at Bentley Jennison and manager at Touche Ross, specializing in corporate finance. He has acted as lead advisor on over 100 transactions covering a wide range of corporate finance work, including MBOs, MBIs, company sales, raising finance, investigation reporting, and strategic planning. James was Birmingham Young Professional of 2001 and Midlands Corporate Finance Advisor of 2003. He also received the 2005 Dealmaker of the Year award for the Midlands region.
