Giuseppe is one of the founders of Clairfield International SA and he is CEO of Equita K Finance, which represents Clairfield in Italy. He is a specialist in business law and is widely experienced in tax and accounting consultancy, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting and control, company evaluation, mergers & acquisitions, and financial planning for SMEs and corporate groups both in Italy and abroad. Giuseppe is a certified public accountant with a degree in economics from Parma University.
