Florin Bolchis Bio

Florin, managing partner for the Bucharest office, has over 25 years’ experience in strategy consulting, M&A and executive management. He has worked with large multinationals, financial institutions, and private equity funds across four continents and has led several successful investments rounds in Romania. Prior to joining Clairfield in 2021, Florin was the CEO of one of Romania’s largest facility management companies with over 1,500 employees. He holds both an undergraduate and masters degree from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge.
