Bio

Filippo Guicciardi co-founded Clairfield Italy in 1999. He specializes in M&A processes in the textile, pharmaceutical, mechanical engineering, logistic, and machine-tool sectors. Filippo has in-depth knowledge of the private equity industry and has worked with all the main players in the Italian market. He has also recently worked on many debt restructuring transactions. After gaining experience in a multinational auditing company, Filippo worked for a Milan consulting company specializing in SMEs. He holds a degree in economics from Milan’s Bocconi University and is a founding member of “Tavolo M&A” of AIFI, the Italian Association for Private Equity and Venture Capital. Filippo serves as CFO of Clairfield International.
