Enrique García Alvarado Bio

Enrique García is a managing director at Clairfield in Barcelona with a long career in investment banking and M&A. Enrique began his professional career at KPMG where he managed M&A legal and tax advisory activities. He was then appointed executive director at Eurocontinental Advisers Ltd., a private equity management company based in London and sponsored by Crédit Agricole and DG Bank. He later founded Garal Group, a corporate finance advisory boutique. Enrique has advised numerous M&A crossborder transactions acting on both the buy and sell sides of Spanish companies. Enrique holds degrees in economics and law from the University of Barcelona.
