Bio

Einar Haugstad is a founding partner of Clairfield Norway. Einar has considerable industrial experience having served as executive vice president and member of the board of Scala, Inc. He has also served on a number of boards including Mamut ASA. Einar has assisted Clairfield clients in a number of crossborder acquisitions, international trade sales, and equity issues. He holds a Bsc. Hon. in management sciences from UMIST.
