Edoardo Schiavina Bio

Edoardo Schiavina joined Clairfield in Italy in 2022 and focuses on the industrial sector. Before joining Clairfield, Edoardo worked at Lazard for 14 years, covering domestic and crossborder M&A transactions and special situations. Edoardo has been instrumental in closing more than 30 transactions with a total value of more than EUR 25 billion across all sectors. Edoardo also guest lectures on investment banking at the University of Bocconi and on finance for the master’s programme at SDA Bocconi. Edoardo graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Bologna and holds a master’s in finance from the Bocconi University.
