Founding partner and vice-president at Clairfield Brazil (Ártica), Diego Batista has more than 10 years of experience in M&A, fundraising and corporate finance. He also has expertise in healthcare, mining, real estate, and energy. Prior to founding Ártica, he was an associate at Advisia Investimentos and a consultant at Advisia OC&C, Primeira Consulta and JKK Consulting. Diego has a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, with a specialization in advanced negotiations at the London Business School.
