Chris Gregory is a founding partner of Clairfield UK. As lead advisor, Chris has completed over 200 transactions including MBOs, MBI’s, fundraising, acquisitions, and disposals for corporates, including many crossborder transactions. He has strong relationships with the leading venture-capital houses and banks both in the Midlands and throughout the UK. Chris was previously a partner at Deloitte in Birmingham. In 1993, he established the corporate finance arm of Bentley Jennison. In 1999, he formed Invex Partners Ltd, an independent corporate finance business, set up as joint venture with Kroll. In 2003, he joined Kroll Corporate Finance in Birmingham, continuing to specialize in advising management teams and private companies. The MBO of that business, leading to the founding of Clairfield UK, took place in 2006.
