Chris Gregory Bio

Chris has been an active advisor in mergers & acquisitions for over 30 years across a wide range of sectors. Over the last ten years, he has principally focused on the industrial products and services sector. Most of his clients have been owner-managed businesses with turnover in the GBP 10 to 100 million range. Chris advises businesses on strategies to increase shareholder value and planning for a future exit event. He has a number of non-executive and board advisor appointments. Chris’ previous experience includes being a corporate finance partner in Deloitte and a partner in Kroll and Orbis Partners. Chris graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in economics. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
