Tim has been providing investment banking advice and perspective to family owned and closely held private companies for 25 years. Tim has completed over 100 transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations, as well as capital raising engagements in the equity and debt capital markets. Tim’s private company transaction clients have included Eclipse Inc., Zenith Cutter, KRU Medical Ventures, Press Ganey Associates, CTB Inc. and Lancaster Laboratories. Tim began his career in broadcasting at CBS and NBC affiliated television stations in Milwaukee, Detroit and Chicago where he produced and anchored nightly business reports that examined issues and opportunities facing locally owned businesses. Tim is active in community affairs, having served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Lake Forest Country Day School and on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Botanic Garden where he was Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee.
