Barry Craig Bio

Barry has spent over 30 years advising privately owned and publicly traded companies in the development and execution of acquisitions, divestitures and merger transactions. Prior to City Capital, Barry was a Managing Director in the M&A department at Bank of America Securities. His early years in investment banking were spent in the corporate finance department at Lehman Brothers in the 1980s. Representative clients Barry has advised include Boeing, Sara Lee, Sensata Technologies, National Semiconductor, Brunswick, Bridgestone/Firestone, The Coleman Company and Jayco Corporation, as well as numerous privately-held companies and private equity firms.
