Mr. Ringsred is an Executive Director with CIBC Cleary Gull. He joined Cleary Gull in 2007 and has over 11 years of transaction experience. Mr. Ringsred is responsible for leading and executing transactions within Software and Technology, Business Services and Healthcare industries. Mr. Ringsred previously worked at VWR International, LLC, where he was an Analyst in its financial management rotational program and had roles in financial planning and analysis and accounting. Mr. Ringsred earned an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
