Mr. Larsen is an Executive Director with CIBC Cleary Gull. He joined Cleary Gull in 2012 and has 10 years of transaction experience. Mr. Larsen is responsible for sourcing, leading, and executing merger and acquisition, and capital raising transactions. Mr. Larsen represents entrepreneurs, private equity firms, and corporations in a variety of industries, with particular emphasis on the Industrial Products and Services, Specialty Vehicle, and Promotional Products markets. Mr. Larsen previously worked at Robert W. Baird & Co. as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group where he provided analytical support on equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory services to public and private industrial companies. Mr. Larsen is an active member in the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) and is currently the Co-Chair of Milwaukee’s ACG NextGen chapter. Mr. Larsen earned an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Business Administration, Economics, and Mathematics from Ripon College.
