Bio

Mr. Zhang Fengwei, born in December 1967, has been appointed as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management Department of the Company since June 2017. He joined the Group in April 2004 and served in various positions, including Senior Manager of Operation Department, Deputy General Manager of Risk Management Department, Managing Director and Executive Head of Risk Management Department. He served as Chief Risk Officer of Zheshang Jinhui Trust Co., Ltd., an associate of the Group, from March 2011 to February 2015. Prior to joining the Group, he served as a programmer and network engineer of STONE Group from July 1991 to March 1996, and as Assistant Vice President of Bank One NA Beijing Branch from April 1996 to March 2004. Mr. Zhang received a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Tsinghua University in July 1991 and a master’s degree in economics from Peking University in July 1997.
