Bio

Adam is a value creation thought partner for management teams and boards of life sciences companies. He focuses on analyzing and enhancing value creation opportunities and optimizing strategic transaction outcomes. He has advised clients on M&A and corporate partnership transactions totaling over $17 billion in potential proceeds, including over $8 billion upfront. Mr. Volwiler joined Chestnut in 2009. From 2014-2017, he was head of investment analysis for Glen Capital Partners LLC, an investment manager that he helped establish for a client of Chestnut Partners. Glen Capital takes a private equity approach to investing in small-capitalization public companies in the healthcare, industrials, technology, financial services, and business services sectors.
