Chuck Gorman has more than 30 years of experience in leading companies from early stage startups to exits. He has been President and CEO of three technology companies from 1980 thru 2001 that experienced consistent growth and profitability for shareholders. For the past seventeen years he has led Cherry Tree in successful investment banking efforts for private placements and sell side engagements with Bailiwick, Chamilia, Avtex (A Pohlad Company), Analyst International, Atomic Learning, WACS, XRS (acquired GeoLogic), netASPx (a GTCR company, AmCom, The Bayard Group (acquired Cellnet), UnityWorks Media, Infinite Power Solutions, Vitesse Learning, Hunt Technologies, and many others. In total he has been responsible for over $1Billion in transaction value for the clients he has represented. Chuck will continue to focus on technology, SaaS and IT Services sectors for Cherry Tree.
