Justin Burke, Managing Director, has over ten years of experience with a broad technology, private equity, and real estate background. Prior to joining Chatsworth, Mr. Burke led the acquisitions department at a privately held national real estate investment firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and the overall execution of the firm’s real estate acquisition strategy. Mr. Burke began his career at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, a specialized technology company providing mission critical products, solutions and service for United States national security. In addition, Mr. Burke was previously a co-founder of a software company designed to collect, clean, visualize, and analyze municipal government asset data. Mr. Burke holds a MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.
